What Viktr does

Every loyalty app can send a text.
Viktr is the one that knows your shop.

Built for the businesses that live on people coming back — salons, barbers, gyms, clinics, garages, cafés, independent retail. One location, no marketing department, no time.

The three things owners actually say

“I know my regulars by face. My till doesn’t know any of them.”

The card terminal has a customer list. The delivery app has a customer list. The shop that did the work has a stack of receipts. Viktr gives you the list, and it is yours.

“Tuesdays are dead and I don’t know what to do about it.”

You can already see the problem. What you don’t have is a way to reach the people who would have come in if someone had asked them.

“I don’t have time to write marketing, and the AI stuff sounds like a robot.”

This is the one that kills every generic tool. Nobody sends a message that doesn’t sound like them — so Viktr writes from facts about your shop, not from a template.

What you get

Offers that build the list

Print a code. Someone scans it, leaves a number, gets a free coffee.

  • A QR you can print today, from the dashboard, with no design work
  • They get a voucher code on screen; you redeem it at the till in one tap
  • One claim per person — re-scanning the card returns the same code, not a second free coffee
  • Cap it, date it, or switch it off the moment it has done its job

Loyalty without an app

A phone number is the loyalty card. Nothing to download, nothing to lose.

  • Points accrue on visits; the reward is whatever you decide it is
  • Works at the counter in about four seconds
  • Numbers are stored encrypted, and shown to you as the last four digits
  • Your regulars surface on their own — Viktr marks the top of your list VIP

A memory of your shop

The part a competitor cannot copy by adding a feature.

  • Reads your website once and writes down what it learns
  • Learns from your own campaigns — which offers brought people back, and which did not
  • You can open it, correct it, and pin what must always be true
  • Correct something once and every message after it is better

Messages you approve

Viktr drafts. You decide. Nothing sends on its own — ever.

  • Spots who has gone quiet and writes to them before you would have noticed
  • Tells you plainly why it wrote what it wrote
  • Edit any word of it, or bin it
  • Approval is enforced in the database, not by a setting somebody could flip

Your price list, on a phone

Upload the PDF you already send to the printer.

  • Menu, service list or rate card — read once, then live at your own short link
  • Correct any line by hand before it goes live
  • Embed it on your own website so it sits at your address, in your template
  • Update it here and it changes there, immediately

Compliance that is built in

Written for CASL from the first line, not bolted on afterwards.

  • Consent recorded at the moment it is given, with a full audit trail
  • Two messages a week per person, maximum, counted server-side
  • STOP works on every message and is honoured immediately
  • A privacy request erases somebody properly — the record, not just the view of it

How it goes

  1. Ten minutes

Tell Viktr your shop's name and what your reward is. Paste your web address and it reads the rest itself.

  2. The same afternoon

Print an offer code and put it on the counter. Everyone who scans it becomes someone you can reach.

  3. Week three

Viktr notices who has gone quiet and writes to them. You read it, change a word, and press send.

  4. Month six

It knows which offers work on your street, because it watched yours. That is the part you cannot buy anywhere else.

Ten minutes to set up.

No card to enter, no contract, and nothing sends to a customer until you have read it and said yes.
