Viktr sets four cookies, all of them strictly necessary, all of them first-party. There is no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking anywhere in the product — which is also why you have never seen a consent banner here.
Why there is no cookie banner
Consent is required for cookies that are not strictly necessary. We do not set any. Nothing on this site profiles you, follows you to another site, or reports your behaviour to an advertising network, so there is nothing to ask you to agree to.

Guest-facing pages
The pages your customers see — joining a programme, redeeming a reward, reading a menu — set no cookies at all. A guest scanning a QR code at a table is not tracked by us in any way.
What we deliberately do not use
- No Google Analytics, and no analytics of any kind on the marketing site.
- No advertising or retargeting pixels.
- No session recording or heatmaps.
- No third-party embeds that could set cookies of their own.
Our hosting provider keeps request logs containing IP address and user agent for security and debugging. Those are logs, not cookies, and they are covered by the Privacy Policy.
Turning them off
Every browser can block cookies. Blocking ours will stop you signing in, because the session cookie is how being signed in is represented. Nothing else in the product depends on one.
