You did not ask for it and you did not write it. Viktr reads the visit pattern of your own shop, finds the guests who have gone quiet, and writes one message to them. Then it stops and waits, because that is as far as it is allowed to go.

The draft is still sitting in your queue.
You scrolled past without deciding, which is allowed, and it is what the software does too: it holds the draft and does nothing. It will still be there tomorrow. It will never send itself.

Consent before send, every time. A message cannot be built for someone with no consent on file. It is a check in the send path, so there is no route around it and no setting that turns it off.
Two messages a week, per guest, maximum. Counted at send time. If a campaign would be a guest’s third message this week, they are dropped from it rather than the cap being bent.
No phone number in any column. Viktr stores a keyed hash for matching and an encrypted blob for sending. A copy of the database contains no readable phone numbers at all.
No campaign sends itself. The status has to pass through approved, and only a person can write that. You have just done it, so you know exactly how far the software gets on its own.
Now put your own shop in it.
Ten minutes, a printed code for the counter, and a number of your own to send from. The first draft usually arrives inside a fortnight, once there is enough of a pattern to be worth writing about.
You never approved the draft, so 34 people in the demo shop never heard from it. It is still in the queue. That is the whole point.
